- Prompt responses that you submit within the app.

This includes device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. 2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:
- To create and manage your account.
- To facilitate the prompt-response and reveal features between you and your partner.
- To send you notifications and app-related communications.
- To analyze usage and improve the Services.
3. SMS TEXT NOTIFICATIONS
With your explicit consent during onboarding, Moment sends recurring SMS text notifications to the phone number you provide. These messages include:
- Daily prompt release alerts
- Notifications when your partner has responded to a prompt
- Notifications when both partners have responded and a reveal is ready
Message frequency: Up to 1 message per day. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact us or update your preferences in the app.
SMS messages are delivered via Twilio, Inc., our third-party messaging provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering these notifications and is not used for marketing or sold to any other party.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We share information in the following situations:
- With your partner: Prompt responses are shared with your linked partner once both parties have responded and chosen to reveal.
- Service providers: We may share data with third-party vendors who help us operate our Services (e.g., Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Twilio for SMS delivery).
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
